About the Building

The building is 11 floors (approximately 126 feet tall), with a total of 95 condos. Built in 2001 the Nokonah was designed with elegance and is one of the original luxury condominiums in modern downtown living. The Nokonah also received the Downtown Austin Alliance Impact award in 2003 for its immaculate design.

HOA Fees

The HOA fees are moderately high in downtown Austin at $0.58 per square foot, ensuring 24-hour on-site management, daily upkeep as well as amenities to keep you and your guest entertained.

Pool and Sun Deck

About the Architect & Developer

The Nokonah was started by architect Lace/Flato but completed by local Austin architect Graeber, Simmons, and Cowan. The Developer was FaulknerUSA. The project was completed in 2002, making it one of the first high rise residential buildings in downtown Austin.

In 2003 the Downtown Austin Alliance honored the Nokonah with an Impact Design Award.
