Krystle has been a part of a successful sales team, personally selling close to half of the homes at 360 Condominiums. Krystle helped achieve 100% contract execution of 430 condominiums in a ten month period while 360 was under construction, 68% in the first 2 weeks. Krystle closed 99% of the building within a 9 month period, despite a declining market, resulting in a full completion and sell out of the downtown high rise with a total sales volume of more than $160,000,000. She has proven enthusiasm and strong communication skills. She prides herself in unparalleled customer service and creating exceptional team like environments.

Krystle was nominated as ABOR Realtor of the Year 2010 and Community Service Award.  She currently chairs the Social Committee at 360 Condominiums, organizing monthly resident activities. She has resided in downtown Austin for over 6 years, takes pride in her community and is devoted to the growth of central Austin.

Through her ventures with 360 Condominiums, Krystle has had a unique opportunity to network and build strong ongoing relationships with a variety of professionals and business owner’s in Austin. Krystle is passionate about volunteering and organizing Fundraisers benefiting local Non-Profits.  She spends her free time fostering for CTDR, Central Texas Dachshund Rescue. She also sponsors and serves monthly meals for the Lifeworks, Street Outreach Program, which is dedicated to housing and serving homeless and runaway youth.
