Krystle helped achieve 100% contract execution of 430 condominiums in a ten month period while 360 was under construction, 68% in the first 6 weeks. Krystle closed 99% of the building within a 9 month period, despite a declining market, resulting in a full completion and sell out of the downtown high rise with a total sales volume of more than $160,000,000. Krystle was nominated as ABOR Realtor of the Year 2010 and Community Service Award. She currently chairs the Social Committee at 360 Condominiums, organizing monthly resident activities.
