Born and raised in Las Vegas, Tylere was brought up in a family with a long line of real estate development. His family developed and managed several multifamily properties, commercial centers and a hotel casino.
Tylere started college at the University of Nevada Reno studying Business and Marketing, then moved back to Las Vegas to attend the University of Nevada Las Vegas to finish with a degree in Communications and Advertising. He got a head start on his real estate career by working closely with his family in the hotel and gaming business and selling commercial and luxury residential properties in the Las Vegas area.
After successfully practicing commercial and residential real estate for 5 years, he was offered the elite and very sought-after position as Sales Executive at the exclusive $11 billion dollar MGM MIRAGE project “CityCenter”: the most expensive, privately funded project in U.S. history. During his two-year position at CityCenter he played a key role in bringing his team to the task of selling $1.3 billion dollars worth of luxury high-rise condominiums and he personally sold close to $200 million dollars.
Shortly after CityCenter, Tylere was involved in several consulting positions with different sales teams throughout the country, including prestigious Ground Break which was involved with the sale of the St. Regis Las Vegas, The Plaza Hotel and Residences in NY City, and the Carlyle in Los Angeles.
Tylere now resides between Las Vegas and Austin where he owns a real estate development company and oversees multiple multi-million dollar projects of his own.
